Earlier in his career, Adam was an M&A/PE attorney at Kirkland & Ellis, one of the largest law firms in the world. He has also been recognized for his work by Forbes’ 30 Under 30 List for Venture Capital.
Adam graduated from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management, and Georgetown Law, and originally hails from South Africa.

Andrew is the Chief Operating Officer of Struck Studio. Prior to Struck Studio, Andrew was the Global Director of Innovation & Digital Ventures at AB-InBev, the world’s largest brewer, where he led the company’s first technology incubator and launched an in-house consumer digital product studio.
Earlier in his career, Andrew was a consultant for Deloitte’s Innovation Strategy practice with a focus on design thinking, innovation portfolio management, and corporate venture capital. He has also been recognized for his work by Forbes’ 30 Under 30 List for Marketing & Advertising.
Andrew graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Cognitive Science and Philosophy, Politics, & Economics (PPE).

Avin is Struck Capital’s Operating Partner for Payments and Product. Before Struck, Avin served as a product and business leader for industry-defining organizations with a focus on payments and commerce, most recently leading Payments & Merchant Experience at Postmates.
Prior to Postmates, Avin served as Chief Product Officer at One Inc, Senior Vice President of IoT at Visa, Head of Next Gen Payment Products at JP Morgan, and Senior Product Manager at PayPal. In each of these dynamic roles, Avin built and led product & business development teams, forged key partnerships, oversaw acquisitions, and launched innovative products.
He holds a degree in physics and computer science from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a dual MBA from Berkeley Haas School of Business and Columbia Business School.

Emil is a Principal at Struck Crypto. Previously, Emil was a Principal at Applied Crypto Ventures, an early stage blockchain venture fund in Boston. His investment experience at Applied Crypto includes Mythical Games, Algorand, Circle, Origin Protocol, Staked (acquired by Kraken), Dharma Protocol (acquired by OpenSea), Oxio, and others.
Earlier in his career he worked within Corporate Venturing at Liberty Mutual, a Fortune 100 company, where he developed venture theses as well as sourced and evaluated technology companies in the blockchain, insuretech, fintech, connected car, and smart home sectors. Emil started his career in venture capital at General Catalyst, where he sourced and evaluated energy technology startups. Prior to this, he worked at IBM, providing technology solutions to major energy conglomerates.
Emil received his MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and graduated summa cum laude with the degree in Finance from Oklahoma University.

Faris is the Head of Platform at Struck Crypto. Prior to Struck, Faris was a Founder at Instigation Protocol, focused on go-to-market strategy and business development for early-stage decentralized solutions. Faris has worked on a range of use cases across the Web3 ecosystem including identity, compute, DeFi, data economy solutions, bitcoin mining, and NFT infrastructure.
Faris also founded Crypto Coach, developing programs to help Web3 job seekers jumpstart careers in Crypto.
Earlier in this career, Faris held various roles around the world including economic reporting in Europe to securing large infrastructure projects across the Middle East.
Faris graduated from Virginia Tech with a degree in Marketing Management prior to completing his MBA at Auburn University.

Gordon is the Chief Design Officer of Struck Studio. Prior to Struck, Gordon was a design leader at Lyft for multiple consumer-facing teams. He specialized in zero to one initiatives, leading design and product strategy across redesigns of the Lyft app, building the physical and digital experiences for Lyft Rentals, and exploring new verticals.
As a self taught designer, he believes mentorship is an essential part of a team’s growth. To this end, he started and grew the Lyft Product Design mentorship program to over 100 participants. In this same vein, he also served as a Design Mentor at Andreessen Horowitz for multiple years prior to joining the Struck team.
Earlier in his career Gordon worked across art and technology. He was the first designer at Kamcord, a consumer mobile application acquired by Lyft Inc.

Greg is a Principal at Struck Capital. Prior to joining Struck, Greg was a Business Development Director at Kamcord, a consumer mobile application acquired by Lyft Inc., where he led business development and user acquisition efforts.
Earlier in his career, Greg was an investment banker at Arbor Advisors and PEAK Technology Partners where he executed over $700m in technology M&A and capital raising transactions. Greg began his professional career as a Business Development Manager for OneScreen, an online video advertising platform acquired by Adaptive Media Inc.

Jason started his career at the University of Rochester Tech Ventures group, the commercialization arm of the university. While there, he assisted with commercialization and licensing strategy for intellectual property and other university assets.

Lang is a Senior Associate & Venture Investor at Struck Crypto. He partners with outlier founders in Web3 to accelerate product market fit and systematically scale early stage companies. Lang drives white space identification and new thesis development, investor positioning, due diligence and deal sourcing in Web 3.0.
He has significant experience investing in the blockchain and digital assets industry, dating back to early 2015. He has been an early investor in multiple blockchain innovators including the Matic Network (Polygon), Axie Infinity, Aave, Uniswap, Polkadot, Solana and Flow ecosystems, among others. Lang brings his extensive strategy and product experience in global banking, payments and financial technologies through his time as a Management & Technology Consultant at Accenture and experience with top tier global banks. These experiences solidified his thesis in the merits of Decentralized Finance (DeFi) and various areas of blockchain innovation including NFTs, GameFi, DAOs, the Metaverse and Web 3.0 infrastructure and tooling.
He completed his MBA from the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management. Focused on technology disruption and venture capital, he was also the President of Web3 @ Kellogg, where he operated in the pulse of blockchain innovation in the Northwestern and greater Chicago community. At Moxie, Lauren focused on consumer tech, e-commerce, lifestyle, and fashion. Her clients included Dollar Shave Club, Tradesy and Casper, among many others.
Prior to co-founding Moxie, she served as an editorial stylist and creative consultant for world-class magazines including W, GQ, Vanity Fair, Time, and Vogue.

His most recent exits were with Resy (acq. American Express) and CrowdTwist (acq. Oracle Corporation). The acquisition of Resy brought him to American Express where he served as the Vice President of Global Mobile and Web Engineering before moving to Struck.

Nikhil is the CTO at Struck Crypto. He has been working in crypto since 2017 at Stellar (XLM cryptocurrency) where he worked on liquidity and trading bots, payment channels, data infrastructure, AMMs, ecosystem proposals, and crypto bridges. The open-source trading bot he built, called Kelp, has over 100,000 downloads.
Prior to joining Struck Crypto, Nikhil invested in 120+ startups as an angel investor, which motivated him to move into venture investing full-time.
He started his career as an engineer at Amazon, Salesforce, and Duetto, big-data startup.
Nikhil attended UT-Austin for his undergrad, graduating with a dual-degree in Electrical Engineering (B.Sc) and Business (B.B.A.).

Patrick is Struck Capital’s Head of Platform. Prior to joining the Struck team, Patrick served as a Director of Client Growth at TrialSpark, a health-tech startup backed by Sequoia Capital, Spark Capital, Thrive Capital, and Felicis Ventures.
Prior to TrialSpark, Patrick worked as a general management and strategy consultant at Monitor Group and Monitor Deloitte. He worked with large corporations and earlier stage companies with a primary focus on customer-driven growth strategies.
Patrick graduated with honors from Harvard University before receiving his M.B.A. from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

Sophia is a Principal at Struck Studio. Prior to Struck, Sophia served as Director of Strategy at Reformation, a growth-stage consumer brand based in Los Angeles.
Before Reformation, Sophia spent five years on the investment team at Greycroft focusing on early-stage consumer and enterprise SaaS deals.
Prior to her foray into the technology world, Sophia spent time in the intelligence space focused on global counter-terrorism across Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Sophia hopes to use this nascent curiosity of human behavior and her later experience investing in some of the world’s fastest growing startups to help build disruptive businesses with Struck Studio.

Tom Ryan is the Chairman of Struck Studio, as well as the President and CEO of Streaming at Paramount Global.
Prior to Struck Studio and Paramount, Tom was the CEO and Co-Founder of Pluto TV, the leading free streaming television service in America that is also available in 22 countries across Europe and Latin America. At Pluto TV, Tom was responsible for scaling annual revenue to $1Bn in 7 years. Paramount acquired Pluto TV in 2019.
Earlier in his career, Tom served as CEO of Threadless (a popular crowdsourced design and e-commerce company), SVP of Digital Strategy at EMI Music, and as a co-founder of Cductive (an early digital music retailer company that he merged with eMusic).
Tom holds an AB from Dartmouth College and an MBA from INSEAD.

Tony is a Principal at Struck Studio. Prior to Struck, Tony was the co-founder and Chief Revenue Officer of Datavations, the leading retail analytics provider to the home improvement industry.
Before Datavations, Tony focused on financial technology in business development at private equity firm Lightyear Capital and as a consultant for financial institutions at Kearney. While at Kearney, he also formed a partnership between the firm’s SF office and GLIDE, the city’s largest non-profit social services provider, who recognized him as SF’s young philanthropist of the year in 2017.
Tony graduated from Colgate University with a degree in Neuroscience, where he also played on the soccer team.
